Last I was a patient at 47 Oral North, Madison St office. I was referred by Paul Chilton at Olympic View Dental in Normandy Park. I am not a businessman, but if I ever opened an office to serve the public I would use the care at 47 Oral North/Madison as my prototype. From my initial consultation to my follow up appointment after my oral surgery I was treated by everyone in that office with personal attention and kindness. Although oral surgery (removal of tori from my gums) was not a "fun" experience, I am very grateful for the excellent care of Dr Pruner and his team. They were gracious in every aspect of my care. Absolutely wonderful service - from the front desk to the oral surgeon, everyone was delightful. I had two procedures and both were done quickly with no complications, explanations given throughout and my comfort was a high priority. My surgeon was Erich Naumman, and he could not have been kinder. His nurse was also super sweet - apologies for not remembering her name!

I recently had my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Pruner, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the initial consultation to the post-operative care, Dr. Pruner and his team were professional, compassionate, and highly skilled. The procedure itself was smooth and efficient. Dr. Pruner took the time to explain everything in detail, which greatly eased my anxiety. The surgery went exactly as planned, and I experienced minimal discomfort afterward, with no swelling or pain. The follow-up care was exceptional. I received detailed instructions for at-home care, and Dr. Pruner even called to check in on my recovery. I highly recommend Dr. Pruner to anyone in need of oral surgery. His expertise and dedication to patient care are truly outstanding.

Great experience with extraction of three wisdom teeth. Dr Pruner is personable, provides info about procedure and answers questions, is technically skilled and competent. The staff is also supportive. Procedure went flawlessly - good local anesthesia, quick and uncomplicated extractions. No post-op issues. Transparent pricing and clear on what was covered by insurance and what I would pay. Was pleasantly surprised that Dr. Pruner called after the surgery to check in. Recommend them.
