I had three teeth extracted by Dr. Crinzi. He was very patient, kind and understanding. I was very comfortable throughout the procedure. I was welcomed by his staff, who were very gracious. I was not looking forward to it but once he talked me through what was going to happen, I was unburdened. I will definitely go back, if I need too. I highly recommend Dr. Crinzi.

I had my four wisdom teeth removed at Redmond office by Dr. Crinzi. Dr. Crinzi and his nurse were very nice and professional. When we first met, he explained the detail and completely removed my concern about the surgery. In the process, he was gentle and I felt no pain. After the surgery, the nurse told me everything I need to do or not to do. In the evening, Dr. Crinzi called me to ask about my feelings that made me feel very warm. During the follow up visit, Dr. Crinzi and the nurse carefully checked the recovery status and taught me how to keep the wound clean. Now I am almost fully recovered and everything is good. I'd like to say, the whole experience was good and I strongly recommend Dr. Crinzi.

have never gone to a dental office and experienced such a wonderful visit. had 4 teeth removed in a short time and had very little pain afterwards. the place to go.the staff were great and made sure i left with all the information i needed to take home with me.

Dr. Knoff and the staff in Kirkland and Monroe took excellent care of me. I was evaluated in the Kirkland office and had a tooth extraction in Monroe. I was cared for in both places by Liz, the surgical assistant, who helped me understand what to expect and to keep me calm, and by Dr. Knoff, who examined my tooth, determined what the problem was, and explained my options clearly. It was more convenient for me to have the procedure done in Monroe, and I was very happy to find both of them there on the day of the extraction. Dr. Knoff, Liz and all of the staff were kind, personable and professional and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. It took just a few minutes, I received an excellent brochure to take home that answered any questions that came up, and Liz called to see how I was doing. All in all, an excellent experience!
