For years, I lived with fear about having my wisdom teeth removed due to very alarming diagnoses I received from other doctors (The previous diagnosis indicated that my lower wisdom teeth were not fully erupted and that removing them could affect the nerve, with a risk of permanent loss of sensation. Due to the large roots, there was also a risk of jaw fracture during extraction, which could require a metal plate for stabilization. Because of these risks, the procedure was considered high risk. ). When I met Dr. Erich, everything changed. From the very first appointment, he and his team treated me with genuine kindness and patience, which I truly appreciated, especially since English is not my first language. I never felt rushed or uncomfortable asking questions. Dr. Erich was clear, honest, and reassuring. His diagnosis was completely different: a low-risk extraction and a flexible plan that allowed me to start with just one side. Today, 11 days after my surgery to remove both the upper and lower wisdom teeth on the right side, I have normal sensation and am feeling great. Everything went exactly as he explained beforehand. I will return with full confidence to complete the extraction on the left side. I am very grateful for the care I received and highly recommend Dr. Erich and his team.

I can totally recommend this clinic, especially Dr. Erich B. Naumann, whose professionalism is above and beyond. I was extremely anxious about my wisdom tooth removal (I chose only local anesthesia! no gas, no general anesthesia), because I have very sensitive gums and teeth. But Dr. Erich B. Naumann did extraction so quickly (approximately 1 min or even less!!!), I even didn't have time to be scared. Highly recommended for anxious patients 👌
