I have been to this office for a total of six implants and at least a couple of extractions over a period of 5 or 6 years. Prior to the first visit, I was extremely nervous about the entire process and procedure. Evidently, I was and continue to be very happy, satisfied, and confident Dr Naumann and the team will take care of me. In fact, I'm planning on another implant next year.

Writing on day of surgery (extraction) - I am quite amazed at how smoothly and quickly Dr Naumann and team were able to prepare me, explain the procedure, and execute it absolutely without any issues. I was prepared for post-operative discomfort etc but have had absolutely none (no ibuprofen, no Tylenol). While surgery is not something anyone looks forward to, my experience suggests you’ll be in great hands professionally at 47North.

I had a very troubling experience at this dental clinic. I was scheduled to have two wisdom teeth removed from the same side. During the procedure, I was given laughing gas, but it was administered in excessive amounts, causing me to lose consciousness unexpectedly. This was extremely alarming and not something I was prepared for. When I started to regain a bit of consciousness, I felt very unwell and repeatedly asked the staff to let me call my husband. Despite clearly telling them I was not feeling okay, they refused for several minutes, insisting I didn’t need him. It took a lot of pleading and arguing before they finally handed me my phone—completely disregarding my need for comfort or support during a vulnerable moment. They went ahead with the surgery, removed the tooth, and stitched me up. But once it was over, I fainted again. My heart rate spiked and I lost consciousness a second time. This entire experience was not only terrifying but felt careless and dismissive on the part of the staff. I did not feel safe, respected, or properly cared for. I strongly urge anyone considering this clinic to think twice. Patient well-being and emotional safety should be a priority—here, it clearly was not.
